Profile: Sales Commissions Deputy Manager
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary 25000 per annum.
Experience required: Supervisory/Team Leader/Managerial experience within an office finance or sales function essential. Financial Services desirable.
Working for a leading company the Commissions Deputy Manager will supervise a small administrative team, conduct regular 1:1s and development reviews, ensure the smooth running of day to day tasks by implementing, reviewing and enforcing processes and standards of service delivery for the team. The Commissions Deputy Manager will support the company by effectively handling all commission and contract related queries including escalated and complex queries.
The Commissions Deputy Manager will communicate via the intranet and newsletters and company handbook in order to educate the sales function on statements and commission process via 1:1s, Head Office contact meetings and presentations on site at various locations.
