IT Support Analyst Location - Gloucestershire Salary - 16,000 depending on experience
IT Support Analyst required for our prestigious client based in Gloucestershire.
The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for 1st line support and carrying out change requests for high profile clients.
To qualify for this position you will ideally be looking to develop your skills within an IT environment and will possess a degree within a IT discipline.
It is essential that you have strong customer service skills and ideally you will have previous work history in a 1st line support role . You will also have a basic understanding of communication and networking technologies, networking and routing. Additionally you must possess a passion for IT and will be driven to develop your understanding in this area.
